Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 24 hours if received by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, all orders are shipped with 48 hours. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Express Saver unless other arrangements are requested. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges and fees. We offer free shipping for all orders over $150.00. We also offer international shipping.

Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products we only offer returns on unopened products unless it has a manufactueres defect. Please contact us before returning product, we do not offer refund of any shipping charges.

Backorder Policy

We will notify you immediatly if a product is on backorder. We offer refunds and similar product replacments as well as an estimated ship date.

Damaged Goods Policy

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damages must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of goods. If you receive a shipment with exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped please contact us immediately. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection.
